Earrings Workshop:
Join me at my fully equipped workshop in the heart of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire and learn how to make your own jewellery! Beginner Experience Days (max 2 people).
Make a Pair of Hoop or Stud Earrings
Duration: 2.5 hours
Price: £45 per person

Hoops and studs in this workshop are made in recycled sterling silver, and this class is a great way to get started with jewellery making as you do not need any previous experience!
What you will do in this workshop:
Choose a thickness and style of wire
Cut and shape using jewellery tools
Make a fastening for your hoops
Learn how to solder, polish and finish your hoops
Walk away with a brand-new pair of hoops to wear!
As this class is small, it is suitable for absolute novices to those with some jewellery making/silversmith skills and there will be plenty of help given if needed.
This class includes use of all tools, tuition and guidance and the materials needed to make 1 pair of earrings and any small embellishments. Any extra materials used or required can be organized in advance or will be chargeable on the day at £2.50 per gram of silver.
If you would like to attend any of these workshops but the dates available don't suit, please get in touch and I will arrange another date for you.
Important information:
Please arrive 15 mins before the workshop in order for the us to start the workshop on time and for you to go away with a beautiful finished piece of jewellery.
Tea, coffee, cake and biscuits are included on the day or you can bring your own if you like.
Aprons, safety glasses and dust masks will be provided on the day.
Please bring your own water bottle or mug.
Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty.
Please don’t wear any loose-fitting clothing.
If you’ve long hair please tie back prior to starting the workshop.

Care Instructions
Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off and keep it safe.
Keep it well away from chemicals, especially chlorine. If it does come into contact with chemicals,
rinse it in water immediately.
Bathe and apply any lotions or
perfumes before you put your jewellery on. Organic gemstones like pearls and opals are particularly vulnerable to acids, even perspiration.
Pearls in particular should be kept separately as they are
easily scratched by hard gemstones.
Make sure chains and necklaces
are fastened when storing to avoid tangling.
When storing jewellery, please keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions
