Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY METHODS
Three delivery options are available; Royal Mail Tracked 24™, Royal Mail Tracked 48™, and Free local pickup. You can select one of these three options during the checkout process.

Free local pickup: STERLINGWOOD Designs are based in Semington, Wiltshire and also another local pick location is Tithe Barn Workshops, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. If you live locally to either location and would prefer to pick up your order in person, free of any shipping charges, choose this option during the checkout process.

DELIVERY TIMES
Products that are IN STOCK are normally sent or available for local pickup within 1-3 working days (excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays).

For products not in stock (made to order), delivery or local pickup will take longer If a product you wish to purchase is not a stocked item (made to order) and these longer delivery times will apply, this will be noted on the product page. You can either purchase the product and we will be in touch to estimate a delivery time, or you can email us first at jerry.sanders@sterlingwood.co.uk

NOTIFICATION
Once payment has been received for your order, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you have provided.

The confirmation email will include your order details, including your name, order number and delivery address. A further email will be sent to you once your order has been sent or collected (according to the delivery times above).

For Local pickup, we will contact you once your order is available to arrange a suitable date and time for you to collect it.

OTHER
During busier periods, such as holidays and the run up to Christmas, you may need to allow longer for delivery or collection of your order. An estimated time frame will be given on request where possible.

Returns:

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 10 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.

We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.

We are not able to refund any postage charges.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel (see below) or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. Once your parcel has been received by us it can take up to 5 days to fulfill your request.

Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.

When we have dealt with your parcel, we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address.

Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 5 days, please contact us on 07774 012346 (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday closed, Sunday closed) so we can investigate.
